Magdalisse Ramos Costa is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MRC Consulting LLC. Her practice focuses on regulatory affairs, administrative law, compliance, appellate proceedings, and strategic business consulting. Throughout her career, she has advised government entities, private businesses, educational institutions, and organizations across Puerto Rico on complex regulatory, operational, and administrative matters.
She has appeared in administrative and appellate proceedings, including matters before Puerto Rico's highest courts, and has extensive experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, business operations, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making.
