Magdalisse Ramos Costa is the Founder and Managing Partner of MRC Consulting LLC. Her practice focuses on regulatory affairs, administrative law, compliance, appellate advocacy, and strategic business consulting. Throughout her career, she has advised government entities, private businesses, educational institutions, and organizations across Puerto Rico on complex regulatory, operational, administrative, and commercial matters.
She has established a distinguished appellate practice, successfully representing clients before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, where she has secured favorable decisions in complex regulatory, administrative, and commercial matters. Her experience also includes advising clients on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, business operations, and strategic decision-making across a broad range of industries.
